In recent years, Loudi City has adhered to the above-mentioned linkage, and has carried out "penetrating" inspections on natural resources and planning, housing construction (civil air defense) and other two systems around the problems of public power sectorization, departmental power interests and departmental personnel interests solidification. At present, it is carrying out "penetrating" inspections on the public security system, covering political physical examination, full chain system analysis and all-round tracing to the source.
Focus on "Five Penetrations" to Make Supervision More Targeted

The inspection organization of Loudi Municipal Committee formulated the overall idea of "five passes", and adopted the linkage mode from top to bottom.
