When buying shoes for the elderly, we should follow the principle of "wide front, tough middle and hard heel".

Specifically, the elderly should pay attention to these three points when choosing shoes:

1. The sole has anti-slip design.

Older people’s physical balance ability becomes worse, and the perception of pressure on the soles of their feet decreases, which will increase the risk of falling when walking [5].

Therefore, it is necessary to choose a non-slip design for the sole.

2. Hard soles with sufficient support

Shoes that are too soft, such as old cloth shoes, lack sufficient support at the arch, and it is easy to feel uncomfortable when walking too much, and the feet are tired, sore and painful; Encountering a gravel road will also increase the risk of falling [11,12].

Hard-soled shoes can increase the safety and stability of the elderly when walking [13].

The middle toughness of shoes should be moderate, and you can try to twist them by hand. It is not good to twist them too easily or completely.

The heel also needs to have a certain height, at least 1.5~2.5 cm, which can disperse the pressure on the sole of the foot.

3. The vamp should be breathable, warm and loose.

Old people’s feet have poor blood circulation and are prone to cold feet, pain, blue skin and other symptoms [11].

Buying a pair of breathable, warm and loose shoes is comfortable and easy to wear, and it can also reduce the incidence of nail malnutrition and fungal infection (commonly known as beriberi) [5].

It can be a little bigger, leaving about 1 cm in front of the toes, so that the toes have enough room to move.

In addition, when the elderly buy shoes, there are three tips:

1. It’s best not to buy it by children or online shopping, but to try it yourself.

Bring socks and insoles that you usually wear. Feel it on your feet and experience walking, running and jumping in the store to choose the shoes that suit you best.

It’s best to buy it in the afternoon

Affected by gravity and venous reflux, people’s feet are usually bigger in the afternoon than in the morning.

Trying on shoes in the morning will hurt your feet in the afternoon [5].

Don’t bother, try more pairs.

Old people often encounter two feet with different sizes, for example, one foot has severe hallux valgus, or the arch of both feet collapses to different degrees.

This requires trying on a few more pairs and finding shoes that are comfortable for both feet. Or put an arch support pad on a shoe.

　　On March 1st, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council presided over the the State Council executive meeting, which discussed and adopted the Action Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Trade-in of Consumer Goods. The meeting pointed out that "promoting a new round of large-scale equipment renewal and trade-in of consumer goods is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee focusing on the overall situation of China’s high-quality development".

　　In 2023, China’s exports denominated in US dollars decreased by 4.6% year-on-year, which was the first year-on-year negative growth since 2016; Domestically, due to the downturn in the real estate market, the growth rate of investment has also declined. The decision of "trade-in" of consumer goods is put forward in the current complicated domestic and international environment, hoping to play a role in "stabilizing and expanding traditional consumption".

　　The meeting pointed out that this round of "trade-in" should "combine the differentiated needs of upgrading various types of equipment and consumer goods, and increase fiscal, taxation, financial and other policy support". In terms of related fields, "actively carry out the trade-in of consumer goods such as automobiles and household appliances, forming the scale effect of upgrading". It can be seen that this round of "trade-in" is more focused on bulk consumption represented by durable goods. Different from the consumption stimulus policies such as automobile tax reduction and exemption since the epidemic, the meeting clearly pointed out that it is necessary to form a "scale effect of upgrading", indicating that the strength of the policy is unprecedented and the goal to be achieved is clear.

　　Similar to the "home appliances going to the countryside" that began at the end of 2008, this round of "trade-in" is partly due to the decline of external demand, which is intended to expand the domestic demand market and stabilize economic growth. The difference is that, first, the demand is different. If "home appliances going to the countryside" is to meet the rigid demand of residents’ life, then this round of "trade-in" is to meet the improvement demand, and further improve the standard and improve the quality of life of residents on the premise that the basic living materials of residents are met; Second, the target groups are different. "Home appliances going to the countryside" is more about filling the gap of rural household appliances, that is, it is aimed at the problem of insufficient supply of rural household appliances, but this problem does not exist in this round of "trade-in". At present, even rural families have already achieved the popularization of household appliances, and the target groups of this round are mainly the owners of existing durable consumer goods such as cars and household appliances.

　　In view of the characteristics of this round of "trade-in", it can be promoted from the following aspects:

　　First, introduce a relative "elimination" model. This round of "trade-in" is aimed at improving demand, and consumers have greater selectivity than just needed. In the face of the downward pressure of economy, most consumers have the psychology of delaying consumption in the face of improving consumption of durable goods with large expenditure. To ensure that the policy achieves the "scale effect of upgrading", it is necessary to increase policy support for some commodities. For automobile consumption, we can give more subsidies and tax incentives to certain types of vehicles, such as new energy vehicles, and promote the popularization and improvement of other supporting facilities needed for this type of vehicles. For consumer goods such as household appliances, the relative "elimination" mode can be introduced through the formulation of corresponding exchange rules, so as to promote trade-in and reduce delayed consumption. For example, through the formulation of exchange standards, the circulation value of old household appliances can be clarified, and then the relative elimination cost of old household appliances can be clarified, so as to promote residents to deal with the consumption of old household appliances as soon as possible and reduce the delayed consumption of household appliances.

　　Second, set standards as soon as possible. "Trade-in" first needs to set the standard of "exchange" to meet the needs of different groups, and the standard can be set from different dimensions. From the dimension of consumer goods, it is necessary to set the standard of "old" exchange for "new"; Different subsidies, discounts and exchange standards can also be set for "new", even if the preferential strength is not great, it will have the effect of forcing manufacturers to upgrade their products.

　　The purpose of "trade-in" is to improve the quality of life of residents, but it does not mean wasting. Therefore, in the process of "trade-in", we should really consider the rights and interests of consumers and the allocation benefits of resources.

　　First, strengthen the recycling of durable goods and develop circular economy. Exchange is divided into two parts: recovery and reuse. The "recycling" part is to exchange the old for the new, which mainly involves the formulation of standards and the operation and maintenance of platform accounts, and the "reuse" part is to further improve social utility through the differentiation of improvement needs. In view of different personal preferences and consumption levels, the performance of some replaced old consumer goods may still be better than that of new consumer goods with relatively low prices. In this way, through reasonable points exchange and the construction of second-hand platforms, both parties can obtain satisfactory results and further improve the effectiveness of both parties. The significance of building the "exchange and recycling" platform lies in improving the liquidity of durable goods such as household appliances, speeding up the process of eliminating and upgrading household appliances, promoting the consumption of durable goods, and improving the quality of life of floating population and renters. The circulation of second-hand household appliances is especially beneficial to the development of the housing rental market and promotes the flow of talents.

　　Second, we should respect the property rights of residents’ private property. Household appliances and automobiles are the private property of residents, and they are generally "big items" in household durable goods, with high value, accounting for a relatively large proportion of residents’ property. We should earnestly consider the rights and interests and economic situation of existing consumer goods owners, resolutely put an end to the practice of forcing household durable goods to be scrapped by means of laws and administrative orders, and effectively protect the property rights of residents. "Trade-in" should be implemented on the basis of residents’ willingness. The design and implementation of policies should ensure the realization of "Pareto improvement", that is, the welfare of some people can be improved without harming the welfare of others.

In the era of Industry 4.0, AGV/AMR (Mobile Robot for Industrial Application) has become a vital part of industrial production intelligence, and gradually penetrated into manufacturing, logistics and service industries, and the charging industry promoted by this is in the cusp of vigorous development.

At present, the 100 billion-level charging and power market formed by new energy industrial vehicles such as mobile robots, mining machines, low-speed unmanned vehicles and lithium-ion forklifts, as well as the continuation market of secondary sales of charging modules, power batteries and replacement of charging equipment, are accelerating.

According to the forecast of AGV/AMR industry alliance, it is estimated that the new AGV/AMR in China will exceed 120,000 units in 2023, and the new market will exceed 200,000 units in 2025, with a market scale exceeding 45 billion yuan. The compound growth rate of sales in the next five years will remain above 40%. Among them, AGV/AMR charging and power system are two important systems of electric industrial vehicles, accounting for over 8%.

"Electrification and intelligentization of industrial vehicles are the general trend. Even though industrial manufacturing has faced various difficulties in the past three years, the AGV/AMR charging industry is still in a period of rapid growth with strong demand and full of resilience. With the diversified application scenarios of mobile robots, the penetration rate of the charging industry will be further improved. " Recently, Zou Jianjun, founder, chairman and CEO of Guangdong Titan Intelligent Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Titan Intelligent"), said in an interview with Southern Finance and Economics all-media reporter.

Founded in 2016, Titan Intelligence is a state-level specialized and new "Little Giant" enterprise focusing on providing overall energy solutions and back-end data services for new energy industrial vehicles. In the context of rising industry demand and maturing technology, Titan Intelligent won the A round of financing from Zhuoshi Investment in 2022.

Compete for product pricing power

At the beginning of Titan Intelligent’s entry into the new track, it coincided with the wave of "oil to electricity" and "lead to lithium" for industrial vehicles. Under the market reform dividend brought by the "double carbon" background, Titan Intelligent stood out and quickly opened the market with its research and development capabilities and market sense.

When talking about why the track was chosen, Zou Jianjun said, "In the process of a customer chat, it was found that the AGV/AMR charging industry is generally a’ one-price’ sale, which is completely a market where the seller has the pricing power." After market research, he found that the domestic AGV/AMR and the charging products of electrified industrial vehicles were almost all imported from abroad. Although the domestic market demand was huge, there was no bargaining power.

After gaining insight into this new market trend, Titan Intelligent accelerated its layout research and development with AGV/AMR and intelligent lithium-ion charging equipment and batteries for electrified industrial vehicles as the main business, and the annual investment in research and development accounted for about 10% of its main business income. In a few years, Titan Intelligent Power has successively launched the digital intelligent charging series for industrial electric vehicles, the side charging and charging integrated machine series for intelligent manipulator of mobile robots, the power battery series for mobile robots, the power battery series for low-speed unmanned vehicles, the power charging series for low-speed unmanned vehicles, wireless charging for mobile robots and other efficient and stable overall charging solutions. The application scenarios involved run through all links of the whole industrial chain, and cover application places such as logistics and transportation, smart home appliances and public infrastructure.

"Although we started later than foreign countries, relying on China’s R&D foundation and industrial chain advantages in the field of new energy charging, we quickly mastered the right to speak in the industry in the game with foreign products, let the price return to a reasonable range, and achieve the domestic market share. First." Zou Jianjun said that more and more foreign manufacturers began to choose to use Titan smart products.

According to reports, while entering the mainstream AGV brand manufacturers in China, including Hangcha Group, Heli Forklift, Kuka Robot, Xinsong Robot, BYD, etc., Titan Intelligence has also obtained international qualification certifications such as cTUVus and CE, and is exported to 195 countries and regions such as America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia, reaching a global coverage rate of 85%. Internationalization has become one of the ideas of Titan’s intelligent "by going up one flight of stairs". Zou Jianjun said, "The forklift truck for lithium battery industry is our important market. 70%-80% of the demand is overseas. Expanding business overseas is equivalent to catching this blue ocean market."

According to the data of Chinafork. com, the global forklift market will be about 150 billion yuan in 2022, including 110 billion yuan in overseas market and 40 billion yuan in domestic market. Domestic forklifts mostly use lithium battery as the main power, and the trend of replacing lead-acid battery forklifts in foreign markets has accelerated significantly, or it will usher in important development opportunities.

With the iterative upgrading of new energy battery technology, it also brings more room for improvement for the mobile robot industry, and is highly expected in reducing costs, improving efficiency, and industrial transformation and upgrading.

Based on long-term observation of the market, Zou Jianjun bet on lithium iron phosphate battery. Titan Intelligent established a subsidiary-Zhuhai Titan Lineng Technology Co., Ltd., and has its own PACK factory, which mainly develops and produces AMR and AGV power lithium battery packs, further improving the overall solution of the power system.

In Zou Jianjun’s view, compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries have the advantages of lighter weight, smaller volume and higher energy density, so the lithium battery forklift model is more compact and the vehicle stability is higher. "And in recent years, the acceptance of lithium battery forklifts by end customers, especially high-end customers, has steadily increased. We believe that the future development prospects of the lithium battery market are very broad."

Explore and create a new model of "energy products+data services"

Walking into the research laboratory of Titan Intelligence, the wireless charger, which is called the "charging treasure" of the mobile robot, is executing the command set by the wireless energy emitting device, and automatically recognizes charging from a distance after finishing the workflow. A series of actions are flowing, and fully automatic and intelligent charging can be realized without connecting vehicles.

This is the research and development site of Titan Intelligent’s autonomous intelligent AGV charging system based on magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging technology, which has no electrode oxidation and fouling, reduces the charging accident caused by poor electrode contact, not only improves the safety and applicability, but also makes AGV charging products more intelligent.

Zou Jianjun revealed that the high-power wireless charger series independently developed by the company has built technical barriers in coil design, circuit research and core algorithm. At present, it has completed the verification in the laboratory stage and will go to the stage of commercialization and mass production next year. "The era of wireless charging has arrived, and it is expected that there will be an outbreak in the next five to ten years."

Compared with wireless charging of electric vehicles, AGV wireless charging requires fast charging mode with low voltage and high current, and the main challenge is to require small size, high efficiency and high cost performance. Zou Jianjun introduced, "We combine AGV battery and wireless charging to build an overall AGV power system, realize modular development, reduce the volume by 50%, and continuously improve the product stability, which is our design idea and core competitiveness to fundamentally reduce costs."

At present, the industrial wireless charging technology track targeted by Titan Intelligence is becoming increasingly hot at home and abroad. According to the incomplete statistics of Southern Finance and Economics reporters, there are already manufacturers in the domestic market, such as Baiyi Technology, Luyu Energy, Avant-garde Wireless, Qingdao Paworth, Taihang Jiaxin Electric, etc., who have laid out new technologies, and new scenes and new applications are constantly opening up. In foreign markets, Tesla announced in June this year that it plans to acquire Wiferion, a German manufacturer that provides wireless charging technology for AGV/AMR.

While Titan Smart continues to increase its research and development of wireless charging systems, the team is constantly exploring innovations in business models.

In recent years, with the blessing of AI, mobile robots have been continuously upgraded intelligently, becoming the "nerve center" of the digital intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing industry, which is expected to usher in large-scale applications in new energy vehicles, new retail and big health fields.

Facing the future, Titan Intelligence is building a general power platform for mobile robots, equipped with wireless charging system, power system, drive control system and background data management system, exploring software and hardware technologies, and establishing a development model of "energy products+data services".

Zou Jianjun believes that mobile robots must be one of the best carriers of AI applications, and connecting mobile robots with data services "chain" will be the development trend of the future industry.

In Zou Jianjun’s view, AGV charging product providers not only supply mobile robot parts, but also provide end customers with overall energy solutions from warehousing transformation to material docking and maintenance services. "This requires analyzing the density and quality of information collected by mobile robots from the data level to build a new ecosystem, which is also the underlying logic of our layout of this emerging business."

Focusing on the strategy of "rich minerals and refined mining" in Guizhou Province, we took the lead in setting up an expert team of "manganese", "phosphorus" and "barite-fluorite", with academicians as the chief scientists of the team and national leading talents as the chief scientists of sub-teams, and organized 20 key transformation projects involving the mining and processing of major minerals such as coal, phosphorus, manganese and aluminum, which strongly supported the development of regional industries. The second is to innovate the system and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation with strategic demand as the traction. 　　Strengthen the construction of talent team.The first is to increase the introduction of high-tech talents. Put forward the working goal of "national talents will achieve a breakthrough of 100 people in 2025", decompose the task of introducing national talents into key disciplines and related secondary units, regularly follow up the promotion of talent introduction in each unit every month, and strive to build a high-level and high-quality scientific research team. In the past two years, 32 national talents and nearly 200 excellent doctors have been introduced. The second is to open a green channel for high-level talents. In view of the fact that some of the leading talents to be introduced are nearly 60 years old, we will actively strive for policy support, and on the basis of strict quality and procedures, we will raise the enrollment age of leading talents who are in good health and have not yet gone through retirement procedures from 60 years old to 63 years old, thus successfully solving the upper age limit of leading talents. The third is to increase the cultivation of key talents. Invite experts from the National Natural Science Foundation to give special guidance and training to academic backbones in the aspects of project application writing and application, so as to enhance their ability to undertake national projects and jointly tackle key problems. Organize mobilization meetings for project declaration, lectures on scientific research integrity, lectures and guidance by well-known experts outside the school and other training activities for young researchers. For newly introduced and trained doctors, we will independently select topics in the field of natural science to carry out innovative basic research and applied basic research, give scientific research funding, and fully support the growth of new academic seedlings.

Adhering to the principle of "let information and data run more and teachers run less errands", we will upgrade the school’s scientific research information system, build an integrated information platform integrating data collection and analysis, and realize information resources and data sharing. Optimize project management, examination and approval procedures and reimbursement procedures, continuously streamline work links, and reduce teachers’ transactional burden. The second is to equip with strong scientific research assistants. Each college and scientific research institution is equipped with a scientific research secretary to build a communication bridge between the school’s scientific research department and teachers to ensure that information is conveyed and tasks are implemented in the first time. According to the needs of scientific research work in the college, we employ scientific research assistants to assist the expert research group to promote patent application, data measurement, laboratory instrument management and maintenance, and let experts concentrate on scientific research. The third is to build a strong experimental platform. The Loongson 3A4000 processor uses 28nm technology and has four cores, which is consistent with the previous generation 3A3000. In terms of frequency, the Loongson 3A4000 processor is turbo-charged to 2.0GHz, while the 3A3000 processor is 1.5GHz, and the frequency is increased by 0.5GHz. In addition, the Loongson 3A4000 processor is upgraded to GS464V, which supports MIPS64 instruction set, and has expanded more than 1,000 instructions on the basis of only 500 instructions.

On the whole, compared with the previous generation 3A3000, the Loongson 3A4000 processor has not only greatly improved its performance, but also upgraded and optimized its security and encryption, built-in security modules and supported a variety of encryption and decryption algorithms.

Because the Loongson 3A4000 processor is a domestic self-developed chip, facing the commercial field, it is not compatible with the mainstream American AMD and Intel platforms in the consumer market, so it needs to use the dedicated motherboard of the Loongson 7A2000 chipset to adapt to it. In addition, the Loongson 3A4000 processor is not compatible with the Windows system based on X86 architecture. The Loongson 3A4000 processor uses the upgraded GS464V architecture, which requires an adaptation system based on LINUX kernel.

This time, the system we used to test the Loongson 3A4000 processor is the UOS unified operating system (UOS is the system code, and this article will use the UOS system uniformly). Based on the LINUX kernel, the UOS system has been adapted to the Loongson 3A4000 processor.

This time, I had the opportunity to get the newly released Loongson 3A4000. We compared it with Loongson 3A3000.

The Loongson 3A4000 processor is a quad-core processor. The basic frequency of this CPU in our test host is 1.8GHz, which can be turbo-charged to 2.0GHz, with a memory of DDR4 2400 8G * 2, a memory of DDR3 128MB and a hard disk of 128G, and its bridge is 7A1000 bridge developed by Loongson.

There is no speed difference between the two processors when opening documents with a size of more than 10MB, both of which are within 1 second, but the author can still feel that the Loongson 3A4000 host is smoother and faster with the naked eye. However, the gap between the opening speed of forms above 20MB began to appear. Compared with 3A3000, the Godson 3A4000 improved by more than one second, and the gap in opening speed of PPT above 300MB increased by as much as three seconds. However, in fact, no matter whether using Godson 3A4000 or Godson 33000, daily work can be carried out smoothly without any bottleneck.

In these three tests, the Loongson 3A4000 processor still occupies an absolute advantage, which is faster than the Loongson 3A3000 processor. At the same time, it also tells us that there is no problem with the view and audio of these two processors, and both the view software, the video software and the OFFICE software linux have products corresponding to the Windows system, such as WPS corresponding to Office, so there is no need to worry about the problem of being unable to use and operate.

The UOS system for web page testing that can be used in Windows system can also be used. We use the Principled Technologies WebXPRT 3 test, which can reflect the performance of all devices that support the Web.

The browser tested is a built-in browser in UOS system, based on the Chromium kernel, which is an open source core and is used by many browsers.

At present, although the development of domestic chip industry is not as good as that of foreign semiconductor industry, especially foreign semiconductor manufacturers may invest tens of billions of dollars in chip research and development a year, while the domestic chip industry has limited funds, and the chip research and development starts later than foreign counterparts. The performance of Godson 3A4000 processor is comparable to that of AMD’s Excavator architecture CPU, whether it is the underlying architecture or the physical design. Moreover, Godson 3A4000 processor can effectively prevent Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities, support encryption and decryption algorithms such as MD5, AES and SHA, and eliminate any risks in security.

The Loongson 3A4000 processor adopts 28nm process, and there is still a lot of room for upgrading and optimization. Under the same 28nm process, the CPU performance of the Loongson 3A4000 processor is improved by 6 times compared with that of the first-generation Loongson 3A1000 processor with the same process. It is reported that the next-generation Loongson 3A5000 processor will use 12nm process next year, and the CPU frequency can be increased to 3.0GHz, which is full of stamina.

Ordinary users may have questions, why do you want to launch domestic self-developed CPU chips so vigorously, and it is not good to introduce it abroad?
