This small program is connected with Guangdong Jiantong, Guangdong Nucleic Acid Small Program, Electronic Health Code, etc. It is used to support residents to carry out personal self-test and medical and health institutions to carry out information collection and test results reporting of patients undergoing antigen testing, forming a closed-loop management from antigen collection, testing and reporting to nucleic acid testing. It is an important means for Guangdong Province to actively respond to the requirements of the State Council to promote the monitoring mode of "antigen screening and nucleic acid diagnosis", meet the overall monitoring needs of epidemic development, prevention and control, and support the classified management and precise policy-making of epidemic prevention and control.

"Guangdong antigen" is another important component of Guangdong epidemic prevention and control digital network. 　　According to the relevant person in charge of Guangdong Provincial Health and Health Commission, on March 10th, the State Council issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Application Scheme of Covid-19 Antigen Detection (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), requiring that antigen detection be added as a supplement on the basis of nucleic acid detection, promoting the monitoring mode of "antigen screening and nucleic acid diagnosis", and defining three groups of people suitable for antigen detection and corresponding detection application schemes. Compared with nucleic acid detection, antigen detection has two outstanding advantages: convenience and rapidity. It is very suitable for primary medical and health institutions that do not have the ability of nucleic acid detection in COVID-19 to carry out services, and it is also suitable for self-testing at home. Therefore, antigen detection can play an important role in early triage and rapid management of suspected population.
