China’s prices remained stable in the first half of the year.

According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics today (July 10th), in the first half of this year, the consumer price index CPI maintained a moderate increase, up 0.1% year-on-year. In terms of categories, the prices of services such as tourism, catering and accommodation for residents have increased; Adequate market supply, smooth connection between production and marketing, and a decrease in food prices. Overall, China’s prices remained stable in the first half of the year.

In the first half of the year, the decline of the national industrial producer ex-factory price index PPI continued to narrow, down 2.1% year-on-year.
