China’s Ten Years Today, Seeing Yunnan Today.
On July 21st, the press conference of Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Kunming. The theme of the conference is: remember the entrustment, be grateful and forge ahead, and write a good Yunnan chapter of the Chinese dream.
What are the considerations and specific measures for Yunnan Province to put forward vigorously the style revolution and efficiency revolution? In the follow-up, how will we unite the development synergy and promote the development environment to be "upgraded" through "changing the style of work to promote implementation"?

General Secretary of the Supreme Leader has repeatedly taught us to talk about making mistakes in our country and to prosper our country with hard work.By 2035, we must work hard and catch up with the whole country to basically realize socialist modernization.I think that without a good work style, we can’t run the relay race in the new era, we can’t run the acceleration, and we can’t break a new path of high-quality leap-forward development.To this end, the provincial party Committee decided to have a revolution in work style and efficiency in the whole province, which is not only an important starting point for strengthening work style construction, improving business environment and forging excellent teams, but also an urgent need for achieving high-quality leap-forward development.
In the process of work, we have mainly taken four measures.
First, vigorously advocate short meetings, short speeches and essays, and set aside more time and energy to implement them.The provincial party committee and government have taken the lead in doing so. For example, since the beginning of this year, we have held two centralized groundbreaking ceremonies for major projects in the province, with provincial leaders speaking, state (city) reporting and departments speaking, and the whole journey took less than one hour.

Third, focus on creating a first-class business environment.Our industry in Yunnan is underdeveloped, and there are very few enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises. If the business environment is not improved, enterprises will not come, and if they come, they will not stay. To this end, we have implemented a three-year action plan to create a first-class business environment, and strive to comprehensively improve the business environment in Yunnan in three years, and some indicators are close to or catch up with the national first-class level.

Fourth, vigorously boost the spirit of the cadres.Establish a clear employment orientation that focuses on the front line, hard work, performance and recognition. Whoever is an officer will support him and whoever is successful will be reused, and cadres will be encouraged to take responsibility and overcome difficulties.

This work has been carried out for more than half a year, and the results are constantly showing. We will continue to sum up, upgrade and improve, and grasp it year after year, dripping water wears away the stone for a long time, so that the development environment of Yunnan will continue to "upgrade".
