The "carbon-benefiting loan" jointly implemented by government and enterprises, through the joint efforts of local financial authorities, opens a green loan platform, establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of "carbon efficiency", and gives differentiated treatment to high-carbon efficiency enterprises and technological upgrading projects in terms of loan amount and interest rate.
