In terms of gearbox, all the 1.4TSI, 1.8TSI and 2.0TSI models of the new Passat are equipped with DQ380 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, and the manual gearbox of 1.4TSI is cancelled. In terms of chassis, all models still use the front McPherson/rear four-bar independent suspension, which has excellent quietness and comfort.
