Pilot recovery of outbound team travel of travel agencies
The first batch includes 20 countries including Xinmatai.
The General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the Notice on Pilot Resuming the Travel Agency’s Business of China Citizens’ Outbound Teams to Relevant Countries. The "Notice" clarifies that from February 6, 2023, the national travel agencies and online travel enterprises will be resumed on a pilot basis to operate China citizens’ outbound group tours and "air tickets+hotels" business. The list of countries is: Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, Russia, Switzerland, Hungary, New Zealand, Fiji, Cuba and Argentina.
On February 16th, we will resume cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Acceptance and approval of commercial performances
The Market Management Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the Notice on Optimizing the Management Policies for Commercial Performances Involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The Notice clarifies that since February 16, 2023, local cultural and tourism administrative departments will resume the acceptance and approval of commercial performances involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Suspend the new batch of foreign-related commercial performances (except those whose cast members are already in China).
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development revised the "Administrative Measures for Urban Sewage Discharge into Drainage Pipe Network Permit"
It will take effect on February 1.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a decision on amending the Measures for the Administration of Urban Sewage Discharge into Drainage Pipe Network, which came into effect on February 1, 2023. Among them, it is clear that the competent department of urban drainage should adjust measures to local conditions, and classify drainage households according to the degree to which drainage behavior affects the safe operation of urban drainage and sewage treatment facilities. Drainage households are not allowed to discharge or dump toxic, flammable, explosive and corrosive waste liquid and waste residue into urban drainage facilities; Do not discharge harmful gases and cooking fumes into urban drainage facilities; Do not block urban drainage facilities or discharge or dump garbage, muck, construction mud, grease, sludge and other easily blocked objects into urban drainage facilities; Shall not be dismantled, moved, drilled and connected to urban drainage facilities without authorization; It is not allowed to discharge sewage under pressure to urban drainage facilities without authorization; No other activities endangering the safety of urban drainage and sewage treatment facilities.
The New National Standard of Classification of Tourist Resorts
Implemented on February 1st.
The State Administration of Market Supervision and the State Standardization Administration Committee issued the national standard "Grading of Tourist Resorts" (GB/T 26358-2022), and the new national standard came into effect on February 1, 2023. The national standard GB/T 26358-2022 Classification of Tourist Resorts has adjusted the expressions of tourist resorts and holiday resources, deleted the environment of tourist resorts, non-star accommodation facilities and ecological parking lot, and added holiday products, core holiday products and holiday accommodation facilities. Add a chapter on "General Provisions" and adjust some basic requirements.
Measures for the Administration of Securities Brokerage Business
It will take effect on February 28th.
The CSRC promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Securities Brokerage Business, which will take effect on February 28, 2023. The Measures emphasize that brokerage business belongs to the exclusive business of securities companies, and the licensed exhibition industry without the approval of the CSRC constitutes a violation. Securities companies are required to strictly perform their customer management duties, and do a good job in customer identification, customer suitability management, and account use of real-name registration system. Require securities companies to list trading commissions separately from stamp duty and other taxes and fees to protect investors’ right to know; Provide convenience for investors to transfer or cancel their accounts, and shall not restrict investors from transferring or canceling their accounts in violation of regulations.
